compre desde venezuela 2 equipos azbox smart ii beta, que vinieron con fallas en un chip, despues de decirme que enviara los equipos a la tienda que me devolverian el dinero, se negaron a reconocer la falla de los equipos, son unos estafadores que venden equipos en mal estado, con defectos de fabrica , y no cumplen con la palabra empeñada en devolver el dinero SON UNOS ESTAFADORES !!!!!!!!!!

This Azbox Bravissimo Wifi was a very bad experience, HD channels freezes out of the blue, as well when you connect a External Hard Drive for PVR purposes. Using DisEqC for one satellite, messes up all other satellite DisEqC settings among other programming problems. Seller don't just not offer Tech Support, they do not have a clue about it.The Wifi never got connected, sending a Error message (for either 5 or 13 ascii key) all the time, even disabling Firewall on the Router. On LAN got connected and once, for example, the -Weather- feature worked, the -Maps- feature did not.They say it is for use in South America ONLY, that shows no idea what a Satellite List or Transponder list is about, even though this Azbox Bravissimo Wifi has a good deal for programming it, for wherever part of the world you at.Now, adding up to the situation, I have to pay for the return shipping.
