The feeling of freedom that I have from adding my flat-panel tv as an extra monitor to my laptop is just indescribable - because I no longer have to string long unsightly HDMI cable across the floor and trip up the dog and the kid and worry about the TV or the laptop getting wrecked...The WIFI2TV1080 has an incredible array of technological features and options. I have yet to explore all of them, will report as I do.The hard part is to get to configure, use and control all of them.Their user manual is written in english, albeit by a chinese-speaker, and it shows.Furthermore it's not very exact when it comes to instructions for the "station" configuration option.But all that I can figure out. I'm a long-time programmer and technology guru and I like to do a little "hacking" every once in a while to uncover hidden functionality of devices.Like the fact that once this device is connected onto your network (use LAN cable) it has an extensive and well-designed web-based configuration web page. Get the network address of the device off its properties and plug that into your browser and voila.There's just one problem I have not been able to get around yet: the app that it requires you run on your computer, the "cient" side as it were, does not display correctly!You can't see most of the app... And it's not a standard "windows" window so you cant "maximize" or "minimize" it or anything...In short: the technology wrapped up in the WIFI2TV1080 is more than what Apple TV offers. If the manufacturer can manage to release a working version of their User Interface and Configuration they have a world class product that is competitive with Apple TV.

This device once correctly installed provides exception TV/Monitor picture quality. I read the Yorgo review and found it most helpful, however anyone buying this device should not have to be a computer Whiz to enjoy the technology that WiFi Wireless PC2TV provides.Steps to success:1. Read the Yorgo Review2. Throw away the pamphlet that comes in the box.3. Use the Manual that is provided on the CD4. If you plan to use less than a 2.5 GHz Pentium 4 plan for disappointment.5. Find your Monitor and TV resolution and use the manual chart for best results.6. Use the Webpage as Yorgo suggests for setup. The Screen Menu is nearly worthless.Have Fun!

I try the PC to TV following the manual, it work but the audio is 1 or 2 sec behind. The picture also is kind of darker and reddish. The cell phone is not working at all. waiting for seller respones since Monday.
