After comparing prices, we contacted Dish for more information. It only took a moment to realize they were who we wanted to install my parent's TVs. The courtesy, manners and obvious desire to please was amazing. After making the appointment, their followup was nothing short of astounding! Three PROFESSIONAL men arrived and proceeded to install the TV's - one even vacuuming behind the others! They were knowledgeable,fast and efficient - something rare today! And they certainly went above and beyond what is considered "service" today. Dish has a winner with this service and these people!

I don't use "Dish" for my TV reception, but I ordered this service because it was the lowest price and the company's name is more familiar than most of the higher priced competitive offerings. I am very happy with the choice. The service crew was punctual, professional and polite. I was impressed by their focus on customer satisfaction (they even applied wood polish to the cabinet sitting below our TV.)In short, the service exceeded my expectations, and I expect good service.

I recently purchased an LG 47" 3D-HDTV and a VideoSecu full motion articulating mount. After reading the reviews of the mount on it being a two man job and knowing my less than stellar handyman skills I elected to have the fine people from Dish install my TV. I had originally planned to have the Geek Squad folks do the install but after reading their poor reviews and the positive Dish reviews on Amazon it was a no-brainier to go with Dish.After making the purchase on Amazon I was contacted later that day by the Dish scheduler. As it turned out the local crew did not do evening installs so I settled on a Saturday morning appointment. They gave me an 8am-1pm window and I was pleasantly surprised to see the installer bright and early a little after 8.I was quite impressed with the installer's preparation and attention to detail. He carefully examined the mount I had purchased to be sure he understood how it functioned and the proper way to mount the TV. He carefully found the studs on my wall with his stud finder and then marked them with painters tape. We discussed the best placement for the TV and he marked that on the wall with painter's tape as well so I could visualize exactly how it would look.He then then swiftly mounted the mount and then, with the help of a second installer, attached the TV to the mount. Since I didn't want to spend the money for an outlet behind the TV I went with the cord concealer molding which can later be painted, but I think looks great as it is. It turned out that the HDMI cable I had purchased from Amazon was not quite long enough to accommodate the articulation motion of the mount so I ended up purchasing one from the installer for a reasonable price. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase anything additional from the installer and he never even mentioned switching to Dish from my cable company.Because there was a week's delay between when I received the TV and the install date, and I am an impatient person by nature, I had already set up the TV and connected it to the rest of my system so I can't review that part of the service but I'm confident based on the work he did with the wall mounting he would have done a great job.So, to sum up, the people from Dish, including the scheduler and the installers were very polite and professional and arrived in a timely manner. They did a thorough job installing the TV and asking my input on all needed choices. They cleaned up after themselves and left me feeling like I had received a good value for my money. I would absolutely purchase this service again in the future.
